Digital Green FarmerChat Study

60 Decibels (60dB) is a global impact measurement firm dedicated to capturing the “lived experience” of beneficiaries, moving beyond superficial metrics like “downloads” to measure genuine change. The firm is renowned for bringing speed, customer-centricity, and third-party validation to social performance measurement, enabling organizations to access actionable, benchmarked insights.

The accompanying data comes from a Lean Data study conducted by 60 Decibels between July and August 2025, capturing insights from 450 farmers in Kenya who use Digital Green’s FarmerChat AI chatbot. The study used a unique methodology that combined direct farmer interviews with Digital Green’s backend data on user queries to measure actual behavior change and attribution.
